Booking terms
Booking
You send a request by WhatsApp, Viber, email or phone. The booking is confirmed when we reply with a confirmation.
Prices
Prices are fixed, per car and in euros. They include tolls, tunnel fees, vignettes and the free waiting time. A return trip costs twice the one-way price.
Waiting time
At airports, waiting is free for 60 minutes after the actual landing time. At other addresses, it is free for 15 minutes. Longer waiting can be agreed.
Payment
You pay the chauffeur at the end of the ride, by card or in cash.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full price.
Child seats and luggage
Child seats are free but must be requested when booking. Tell us about special luggage in advance so we send the right car.
Delays and changes
Tell us about changes as early as possible. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or border checks.
Complaints and law
Send complaints to rovinjtransfers.hr@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days. Croatian law applies.
